Ron was absolutely great. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took my worry away from potential being stranded in to chair out and about. He answered all my questions. My experience was wonderful. I have difficulties due to PTSD. Everybody was polite and kind. I felt very at ease. I actually remembered the name. Marsha was very professional and compassionate about getting the job done for me.
