Our salesperson Cindy has been fantastic from the time she visited my mom to get her sized for delivery to when she came back and made some adjustments to make it easier to use. Devon continually kept us updated on the status of the order and was persistent in getting the necessary information from the doctor. The delivery person was very patient with Mom and helped 'train' her on how to use it and made her feel more at ease about using something new to her. Cindy was simply amazing in answering questions pertaining to the wheelchair for my mother she was very concerned and sympathetic about my mother needs she explained everything as clearly as possible about the wheelchair and the process to procure the wheelchair

Everyone was very helpful even though I was about a half an hour late getting there! They had a wheelchair ready as soon as I got in the door & answered all of my questions!
