I had the pleasure of working with Michael Thayer to modify my wheelchair. He knows his stuff very well and gave me several options to fix everything I needed. I will ask for him by name the next time I need to modify my wheelchair.

Not ever having had measured for a wheelchair, I really had no idea what to expect. In the past, I was always given a wheelchair off the shelf. So when the technician, Michael started the process, I was really surprised what all it entailed. I like that he included me in the process as far as if I wanted leg rest or not, if I was comfortable in the seat as far as the width, etc.. I am excited to have a wheelchair that is going to work for me. One that I am comfortable using.
