You guys ordered the wrong backrest so the technician Took it back and said he would order the correct one. He also said he was ordering other parts that I needed. One month went by and I didn't hear anything. When I called, nothing had been ordered and they had no Record of anything. Obviously the technician never re-ordered my backrest or other parts.
