You guys ordered the wrong backrest so the technician Took it back and said he would order the correct one. He also said he was ordering other parts that I needed. One month went by and I didn't hear anything. When I called, nothing had been ordered and they had no Record of anything. Obviously the technician never re-ordered my backrest or other parts. It's now been another month and I'm still not sure when the parts are coming in or even if they've been ordered. I've left messages from my coordinator and never been called... read more
