The man came in…he was friendly, he asked to take my chair out to his vehicle to work on it, and when he was done he brought it into me. There were no issues at all.

There always seems to be a communication issue. The technician was wonderful! Polite and friendly He waited for me to arrive and was patient. But it's the phone calls to set up the appointment and to report an issue w the wheelchair I have a difficult time. The person on the phone has to be reminded several times the client will not be handling his account. There was some miscommunication about what I was being evaluated for, so Marty initially wasn’t going to be there, but then the PT was able to contact him and he joined virtually and he was able to look at my wheelchair to see that it needs to be replaced and what was wrong with it. He took the time to listen to what has worked for me as a wheelchair user and what hasn’t and he included me in the decision making process, which a previous ATP from another company who now works for NuMotion didn’t do.
