There was some miscommunication about what I was being evaluated for, so Marty initially wasn’t going to be there, but then the PT was able to contact him and he joined virtually and he was able to look at my wheelchair to see that it needs to be replaced and what was wrong with it. Work was completed well, however, caregivers had to haul the wheelchair into a service center 2-miles away to have repair made. The other option we were given was 60+ days out. Apparently, this was do to a technician staffing issue.

Technician arrived on time, very polite, and considerate on damage to my carpet.Used community room and completed repairs by 2:30 pm. Chair very controllable and runs very good. Thank you for quick response and care.
