You may want to consider another company if your looking to fulfill your mobility needs. They are quick to sell you products and ignore your needs after you receive your products and issues arise. DO NOT TRY and get in touch with them via your My Numotion App because you will never get a response. Your best bet to actually call them and not hang up until you KNOW your issue has been addressed!!!!
I've never met the employees at Numotion because I had to cancel my appointment as I was not feeling well, they were able to take the information that I filled out and started the fitting on my motorized scooter. I was so excited. I can't wait to meet them.
I will never use Numotion again. It took them 7 , yes 7 months to get critical parts for my son's wheelchair. Asked for a loaner, no one called me back. Call after call, talked to admin., customer service, kept getting the runaround from everyone. Finally turned them into the Attorney General's office because of their lack of very poor customer service. They would call me and tell me the parts were in and make an appointment to come out and it would end up being the wrong parts, this happened at least 6-7 times. Nobody had a... read more
I really enjoyed coming there to know what they're going to do for me I was excited to know that maybe now I'll be able to enjoy my ride with a brand new wheelchair I know I need it one a long time ago because the scooters were very uncomfortable but when I ride this user it is feeling so much better the chair was tip back I can ride and enjoy and stop and rest with the rod in my back and my muscles kind of going a little bit weaker but I'm still as tough as can be I'm a clown I tell everybody I'm a clown I have a lot of cou... read more
The service on my equipment was great and also the technician was friendly and knowledgeable in providing the repair. What I found unacceptable, was that I needed to transfer out of my wheelchair onto a bed/mat without a Hoyer lift or help from another person. I am paralyzed from the upper chest to my feet, with no trunk control. This could result in a serious fall and injury. This company needs to have this equipment on hand at all times and provide help or make house visits for repairs. Thank you!
