I liked how the therapist and the guy from numotin worked together to find the issue that I have in my current wheelchair and how to prevent it happening in the new one

After having a loaner electric wheel chair from the ALS Association, we recently purchased and received a custom electric wheel chair from NuMotion. Everyone we have encountered during the process has been knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you to all the team members who helped us.

Your person at you local location gave us, and our OT person misinformation and thereby your representative who came out got blind sided and we; us and our OT lady that your person said had to be here, wasted two precious weeks that we could have spent having his equipment we were searching for! He has ALS…time and energy are the most precious commodities right now and because of you representative (Penny) we wasted both!!

You kept calling to set up payment but never sent the bid. You said you would send the copy of the contract you had me sign and never did. Then you said you lost it. When I finally received a copy of the quote it was (third request)“TOTAL DUE FROM CUSTOMER” $363.30. After I gave my credit card to pay the $363.30 I was told I would also be charged $75.00 for 12 months. NEVER WAS I TOLD AND NEVER was I provided ANY documentation about a 12 month rental.
