Work was completed well, however, caregivers had to haul the wheelchair into a service center 2-miles away to have repair made. The other option we were given was 60+ days out. Apparently, this was do to a technician staffing issue.

Technician arrived on time, very polite, and considerate on damage to my carpet.Used community room and completed repairs by 2:30 pm. Chair very controllable and runs very good. Thank you for quick response and care.
