The technician you set was top notch. He did an excellent job of replacing all the parks in my wheelchair. He ran into several very difficult situations and he never got upset or nervous or anything. He just continued to persist until he got the different screws out that he needed to get out. I was very impressed. Thank you for finally getting my chair in order. Thank you.
