The tech who came out was wonderful. He fixed the problem, he showed my dad some other things to know on his chair and made sure everything was in working order, thank you, highly recommend

Much better experience this time than in the past. Only thing was parts were there for two weeks and I had to call to initiate an appointment date. Chair looks good. But need more time to access if functionality on all buttons work.
