Very responsive and timely
My only complaint was the price. Very expensive for the job. The plumber was excellent, professional, on time, communicated well and did a great job. I was completely satisfied with the work. But the bill was too high and that's why I can't recommend them.
My water pressure in the only shower of the house had gone almost out. The bathroom sink pressure was also low as well as an issue in the kitchen sink with the hot water. I called NW Sundance on Tuesday and they came out on Saturday (didn't have to miss any work). Jeff was very professional and quickly fixed all my problems. So happy to have my shower back!! Very satisfied!!
I highly recommend NW Sundance. Setting up the appointment was easy, they called 30 minutes before they showed up to let me know they were coming like promised, arrived on time, and quoted me the repair price all in a very effortless matter.The plumber Jorge was a great guy. Plumber didn't have a part, and left for an hour or so to get the part. Not very good communications.
Excellent service
The work was excellent and fast -- exactly what was needed. Cost was a little high, but I guess you get what you pay for.
