Excellent service! Drove up last Thursday morning and they took me immediately; didn't even have to exit the vehicle. NO appointment necessary (unlike at the Boys-where you have to wait 90 minutes before they take you even with appointment scheduled). Competitively priced even without coupon. Full service too. I've been coming here for many years and they only hire the very best mechanics. Super knowledgeable, extremely honest, cold water or coffee when you arrive, through diagnosis of my truck every time! They go above and beyond with their customer service and the manger is the nicest person you will ever meet. I can't say one bad thing and I've been here 15 times or more. Thank you for whoever runs this establishment!
My daughter was panicking on her commute to work because the gauge stated 0 for the oil! She was a bit early for work and stopped by this place which I yelped for her that was nearest to her job. She was only third in line but the guy ahead of her took a bit longer. So even though she was a bit early, she might not make it on time if she waited any longer. I took my car for a wash here. Only half of the car washed. I noticed this when vacuuming the car. I went back and told the person working there. He sent me back in, but this time I watched what's happening. The flappers were somehow hanging. I went back and told the same guy. He said the only thing he can do is send me back. Quick and clean. The guys that worked there were very professional. I was a quart low. They topped me off, and said "no charge". Very sincere. I would use them again!
Had some gentleman named Kory help me out today and he killed it. Was super thorough, dude was the best. Actually checked my oil and made sure I needed it, went in earlier then needed. He was looking out for me forsure, good man. Had Bruce as well and he was super helpful . Good spot
I usually use jiffy lube however there are no jiffy lubes in Santa Rosa. I was traveling for work and decided to stop by as my car's oil change came on. Justin helped me throughout the oil change process. He is super helpful and explains to you everything that is being done to the car. They were also able to do the transmission fluid flush for my car. I use it a lot for work so it was a must. They are not very good. They damaged my RV. And then refused to admit that they did. They have very poor service. I would recommend never using them again.
