Just paid for " the works" and though the outside looks great they did a poor job on the inside. Won't be returning for this service again.

there prices has gone up since last year. staff was very friendly and was offered a drink while i was waiting in the car for my oil change . tried to get me with a lot of extra but didn't go for it . was in and out in maybe 45 minutes .
Cassius, Ana and crew were fast , informative and very professional in my oil change service today. I dont think Ive ever experienced service like this . Not even from a dealership.. Im actually very impressed. I will be back. So will my wife and kids cars

I had a great experience here. After going to valvoline on Mendocino ave , I was traumatized and very nervous about things like this. Everyone was super sweet and it was quick, I was in and out in under an hour ! They did an amazing job. Didn't try to upsell anything

As always, service here was friendly and professional. Maya is wonderful and a great asset to the operation. The only thing that bothered me was the sight of a sloppy looking apparent trainee who wasn't in uniform and picked his butt in the public area. Pretty unprofessional.
Came in real quick for a change and the team was friendly, efficient, and hospitable. They had great service and a nice camaraderie with each other. They do have the upsell items that they will try to get you on but all in all, great experience! Yes, they got me on some of the easy to replace items you can do yourself but considering my time and the need right now, it was worth it! Two of the 3 guys that helped me. 1st time coming here. Arrived early morning and was one of the first customers in. Great customer service and teamwork. They do try to upsell products/services but no pressure at all. They worked very efficiently. I wish to return again in the future. My car service was done within 40 min.
I always have a great experience here! Staff members are kind, respectful, and helpful. They work together and create a positive environment as they service your vehicle. Highly recommend!
