I believe This is the absolute best place to get your car serviced. The courtesy and respect they show you from the moment they (without delay) flag you into a stall to the final thank you as you leave is amazing. They let you know exactly what they are doing each step of the way and i have never felt any undo pressure from them, only information and knowledge about what is going on with my car. thank you all for making me feel like a valued customer and not just another sale. always coming back.
Amazing service. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, fast. Earned my business. Other oil change place couldn't help me because of my drain plug. They were able to switch mine out for a dollar and knew exactly why other company wouldn't touch it. So grateful they're close by.

I always use Oil Stop for my oil changes and the manager at the Valencia location is fantastic. It gets pricey if you don't say "no" to the extras, but their service is really great so it's totally worth it.
Great service each time I drive in. Usually little to no wait. Service Advisors take Good care of my vehicle and don't hesitate to recommend what is needed. I have three vehicles and will only bring here for oil change. Very quick and convenient. Thanks Guys!
I am a repeat customer. Moon and Fred helped me today; both professional, courteous and friendly. They made me feel reassured that everything was done accordingly by showing me each item they were replacing. No pressure on up-sales either. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and will continue to have my vehicles serviced here.
Never wrote a review but I absolutely had to with this place. Holy smokes. The level of customer service is insane. These guys are a unit and it shows. They check all fluids and filters for free and without working on commission, recommend the best available options for your vehicle. They really went above and beyond today! Exceptional service. Great job fellas.
Was driving cross country and after 5k miles stopped in and had the car serviced. Adam and his crew were professional and left me feeling secure with the service. Plus with an coupon the cost was fair.
On the morning of Friday the 25th of March 2022 I started my Ford Explorer at 5:30 a.m.. A warning light came on and I noticed the oil pressure at zero. I immediately parked the truck. I had an important meeting in San Francisco at 7:30 so I made arrangements to drive another car. I was late for my meeting and lost the opportunity for income.
