They do not begin the oil change in the order that people arrive and when you question them, they tell you the manager is in a meeting... that's why it's taking so long.. no way to run a business.. even with the discount I have my doubts about coming back
my oil drain plug fell off of my car one week after my oil change. could have totaled my car and extremely dangerous!!! they stripped my oil drain plug and i had to pay over $600 to have it repaired. an overpriced $110 oil service turned into weeks of headaches and a bill of $600+.
Avoid this place like the plague. Please! None of the previous employees who've been in this location in our community are here anymore and they've been here for 20yrs+. Asked for wind shield wipers done and that didn't get done They didn't do half of the work I asked they don't know what they're doing. So oil change was around $130. What a disappointment. Staff member was rude when asking discount. I hope only this particular person who answer the phone. I won't dare to go there.
Did not attach my bottom plate after oil change. I drove around SF with a plate dragging on the ground. Thanks guys
It is okay - I did my oil change there second time because it's close to my house but honestly I don't think I'll be back... I JUST WANTED OIL CHANGE!!!! I said it million times and they kept trying to upsell everything. I understand-all places do it BUT this place is much much crazier. They kept coming and saying what I need to change, tried to upsell EVERYTHING... more expensive oil, some other fluids, filters etc etc etc even though I kept saying to just do the oil. Employee removed paint layers in pre wash.HAPPY's car wash is only wanting to cover half of the damages. Employee admitted the damage was not pre existing. They have video of the employee causing the damage and they are only talking partial responsibility. Do not under any circumstance take your vehicle here .
So the business manager asked me to email hom and I did twice but no response, just another reason to never go here again , and by the way I now go to a great car wash auto pride in santa rosa.

I stopped by for an oil change. only one person was in each bay. I pulled in where they told me to go. And waited, and waited. The other bay had several cars go through. People who arrived after me were serviced while I waited. Took over 40 minutes to get in a bay. Very frustrating.
