Very friendly staff but took over an hour to get oil change with only two cars in front of me that were there for a while before me on a Friday afternoon. If my oil change takes longer than in n out burger it's too long!

I didn't realize my brother had changed the oil in my car and apparently forgot to reset the light. I took it to this shop thinking my car needed an oil change when in fact it did not need to be changed. They went ahead with "the service" and managed to up sale more services on my car. In the end I paid almost $200. I called them to lmake them aware of their dishonesty. Not asking for my money back just needed them to hear. Shame on this business. Was a long wait for 2 vehicles in front of us. Seemed competent & fairly polite for being a hot day. My concern is next day my fuel sensor light came on & then the engine light came on. Waiting to get in for check but seems odd coincidence for a jeep that has always ran great. Will update with results
This is a drive-thru oil change place, it shouldn't have took that long. We waited over an hour and a half just for them to get to us and then our service took about 30 minutes in itself. Just a simple oil change, I don't get why it took so long. Seemed like they had a new worker there who needed help from his coworkers throughout our whole service. I sent my daughter out to get an oil change as she was overdue on the car I let her drive. I'm sure they rubbed their hands together and grinned that 'just a girl' was there. And she paid out the nose for that, too. She okayed one of the oil additives after being pressured (never, ever do that, people, it's bullshit) but they charged her for two, she didn't catch it, and a simple oil change ended up being over $150. DO NOT GO HERE. Angry. Horrible service. Waited in line behind 2 cars for a full hour. As the hour was about up another car drove in behind us and was immediately seen at two bays over. Since the line we were in was taking so incredibly long we moved to bay 2. A worker came out and told us that we had to move because the car we were originally behind was to be serviced before us. My first 4 experiences were great! Friendly and professional with great vacuums after. However, I use synthetic, and went in for fluid check at 5,000 mile reminder. Done this here before as well as other businesses. This time, however the tech was rude, abrasive and argumentative when I told his I was in for fluid check. He told me all synthetics call for change at 5,000. I told him that is not close to truth, that they recommend every 10,000 across the board. This car wash has got to go away, they could care less what your car looks like when they are done, windows are never cleaned always smeared water spots everywhere, will not be back!!!!

I was overcharged despite me calling out the incorrect item on my invoice, and had to return for a refund. As well, I found that one of the covers in the engine compartment had been busted by the staff without notifying me. I've tried to contact guest services through email and through the website, and have received no response.
