A very poor car wash, and too expensive. They don't brush your car before it's washed. I spent 22 for a high level car wash, and the windows still came out with water spots. There still was dirt in the window wells. There was no shine...was there really any wax in there? I'll try the one in Hazel Dell next time. This one is not worth it.
I had my transmission oil change and oil is leaking out of the fill hole , this place is a joke
I've been bringing all me vehicles to this shop for a year. Recently, they misplaced a part in my oil filter but i didn't realize until a week later, after i spent money replacing sensors based on the engine codes (plus a whistling noise and loss of power) i received after the oil change. The oil shop called me to admit they threw away the center piece from my BMW's oil filter and would replace it. This place has some SERIOUS time management issues. I was second in my line at 8:03am. The car in front of me took 23 minutes to complete. I pulled in next. I waited for 40 minutes! For a simple oil change! I could see the technicians twirling tools in their hands, pulling by out there cell phones and messing around. I felt bad for the long line of cars behind me- who knows when they would be attended to? In the span of one hour, only 2 cars made it through my line. That's terrible. I waited almost two hours for an oil change in the heat of the summer. I purchased a Groupon for a synthetic oil change and they gave me a synthetic blend which is cheaper. They never called me back to rectify the situation. My car is newer so it requires full synthetic. I won't be able to get the protection my car requires with the below par oil change they gave me. This took forever to get in as the car in front of us stayed a long time. The other bays went quick but we were not permitted to move. After a long wait, (45-60 min)we got a quick oil change for over $117. Really!? Never going back. And you shouldn't either
Most expensive car wash in Vancouver and it does the worst job of any car wash in the area. Actually, it does the worst job of almost any drive-through car wash I have ever used

On May 17, 2025, I brought my 2020 Nissan NV200 here for a basic oil change. Instead, I was misled and sold services I did not need, with the wrong fluids installed: They put in the wrong oil (5W-30 Dexos, which is for GM cars), even though Nissan requires 0W-20 synthetic. They claimed my coolant was low and sold me a flush at only 37,000 miles. Nissan's schedule clearly states the first coolant replacement is at 10 years/105,000 miles.
