I got my very first service here today. The staff were very nice and patient with my lack of knowledge about cars. I love seeing hardworking young people--I'll definitely go back again :)
This guys ripped us off today ! Bought a Groupon for an oil change ! At the start everything went fine, he said this truck will need two more cans of oil which will be additional 25$! I said fine! Long story short they said your truck requires certain oil we use this. Here I am confused, left exhausted because I waited for close to an hour. I said fine. Saw a sign for $25 off so I figure I go in for an oil change. The service was fast and attentive, but when it was time to pay no paper invoice was given just an email. When I looked at the invoice a mysterious up charge that I have not asked for was on the bill. When asked the service writer(Francisco) what the up charge was for the he told me the good old "it's a computer glitch" story. If you come here make sure to check your invoice.

I cannot say enough good things about this location and their hard work. I came in today---in the pouring rain I might add---and they got right to work. I was greeted by Dominic who helped me guide my car into the garage. Now, I do not buy into harmful stereotypes, but I am in fact a young woman and I know absolutely nothing about cars. So expensive... paid 130 for an oil change. Filter was not included in price. The constant upselling was annoying. They didn't badger you if you said no, but they tried to sell me 3 different products. Will not be returning, save your money and go elsewhere

Shout out to Eric! A true professional and Gentleman. I came in early for an oil change before going on a road trip. Eric let me know my oil looked great and topped off my wiper fluid and recommended me coming back later. Eric's honesty earned Saratoga Oilstop drive through a lifetime customer. I'll be returning to service all my vehicles here and recommended this place to family and friends.
Had a great experience at Oilstop. Gotten a coupon in the mail and decided to try it out. Love how we get to stay in the car. Even with it pouring rain the service was great. I happened to pull up after one car and did take about an hour I would say to be fully helped, which I did think was a little long compared to other oil drive thru places and would be worried if there were more cars behind us.
