WORST CAR WAS EVER!!!! Went through and the ONLY part of the cycle that was actually working was the application of soap. All, but 2 side mirror brushes NEVER moved at all... none of the other spray cycles worked, not even the RINSE cycle, not even the dryer cycle. Came out of wash with my car STILL completely dirty but now also COVERED in soap. Don't argue with customers. Listen to exactly the mileage spoken and claim you "have it on video".Then tell the customer to "not come back again"! I guess you're so flush with business, you can turn it away?
They didn't do a good job . They don't know what they're doing I went on Sunday to have the transmission oil changed and they ruined the crankcase.

Don't go here - they change the prices and add things to your bill. Note how they take your payment without you seeing any charges until you are leaving with the print out. If you use a coupon they still add that amount back in so they aren't losing money. I should've listened to others about this place.

Horrible service today, what happened? Mission statement? No pressure statement? Skipping service? Wow! Fix this!
Clean place and very friendly employees. They offer drinks upon entry from water to soft drinks. Big on the upsell like most oil changing places but I was disturbed with the recommendation of using a synthetic oil filter because I am using synthetic oil which is nonsense, then came the transmission oil change that they recommend every 15k miles. Oh, they do offer a free car wash that they email the code to you which after 2 weeks I never received. I did get an email asking about my service visit a few days afterwards though.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! I'm so upset! I usually go to a different location and swear by this place. But NOT THIS LOCATION! I never have an issue with service. Today, I apologized and said I was doing the basic service. Isaac gave me the speech that they are not sales people, etc... Then he goes to the front of my car and tell the other guy I'm only doing the basic service so moves on to the next car. Do not use this business. They didn't put enough oil in my truck and blew the motor. They are so busy trying to upsell their products. Told us to take to Nissan to have checked. Were told engine had a knock from no oil. Now oil stop says shows on video it was done. Took a perfectly good truck in for service that they messed up and we have to pay Nissan to get truck back. Dealership said they have to repair a car a month that oil stop in rohnert park destroy. Buyer beware. They will not honor their work and deserve a minus ... read more
$17 for this?! Feels like highway robbery. If your machines can't be calibrated to do a more thorough job, and employees can't use scrub brushes to help ensure a quality wash, your prices should reflect that. Pitiful.
