A Wonderful Place to Live The apartments at Oak Creek are wonderful! The community garden, play set, and lovely pool area are real gems...but, what makes Oak Creek especially great is the friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect Piece of Paradise Even though I've been living at Oak Creek for a short while, I've had an amazing experience. Maintenance has been super responsive and the support staff incredibly helpful. The community is quaint and well kept. Our small dog loves the dog park, so this place is perfect for animals. very good Community and the Property manager Absolutely love the community and the Property Manager Andrew. He listened to our requirements clearly and keep them in mind and made sure we get them on time which saved a lot of time , money and more over made our family hearts happy. more than any its a mental satisfaction due to his efforts to make our move easy like cake walk. And the best part is they are renovated to latest upgrades.
Best Apartment complex ever I would love to brag on the best apartment complex in the city......OAK CREEK AT POLARIS. I lived in these apartments back in 2008 and had the best stay ever. I loved the apartments so much that I moved back in 2017-2018. I worked with Joe most the time, he is the coolest. The pool is so nice and so much fun and very relaxing. Happy Resident! I had to be move to the area in a short period of time. I stopped in to look at an apartment and Andrew took us around right away. The staff here is wonderful! The apartments are newly renovated and very modern looking. I love it! Needless to say I had signed and paid for my first month by the end of the day. Oak Creek at Polaris Highly Recommended A My fiancée and I moved in Oak Creek at Polaris last month and this is by far the most professional office staff I have experienced. Joe and Andrew took the extra time to show us several apartments and we found the one that suits us best. OCP just built a playground, dog park and raised garden beds to plant your own garden. Also there is a new pool and grill facility that blows any other places we looked at away! Overall A and we couldn't be happier. B&R
Excellent place to live! Great place to live! The leasing staff are fabulous and always willing to help in any way they can on a moments notice. I put in a maintenance request when I first moved in and they had it done the same day. They have truly made me feel at home. The new amenities are wonderful and easy to keep clean. Can’t wait to enjoy the heated pool this summer!
