Oak Creek at Polaris Highly Recommended A My fiancée and I moved in Oak Creek at Polaris last month and this is by far the most professional office staff I have experienced. Joe and Andrew took the extra time to show us several apartments and we found the one that suits us best. OCP just built a playground, dog park and raised garden beds to plant your own garden. Also there is a new pool and grill facility that blows any other places we looked at away! Overall A and we couldn't be happier. B&R
Excellent place to live! Great place to live! The leasing staff are fabulous and always willing to help in any way they can on a moments notice. I put in a maintenance request when I first moved in and they had it done the same day. They have truly made me feel at home. The new amenities are wonderful and easy to keep clean. Can’t wait to enjoy the heated pool this summer!
Excellent Maintenance Last night my dryer stopped working. Come to find out it was due to low voltage from the outlet. I called the emergency maintenance and within minutes, Jamie called and said he was on his way. He did inform me, that it would take a little while as he was driving from Marion. He arrived within 45 mins! He was great!!! He informed me of the process and was very polite. Upgrades I have only lived at Oak Creek for about 6 months, but I am amazed at the quantity and quality of the upgrades since I got here! I have lived in a lot of apartments over the years, and it seems like the management companies only care about getting your rent money and could not care less about repairs and upgrades. Not so at Oak Creek. Excellent apartment in Polaris area We have spent almost 4 years in Oak creek at Polaris apartments and would highly recommend it. Nice and clean apartment with plenty of green and open space for kids to play around and lakes to watch fishes and Goose. Very helping and professional support and maintenance staffs. Maintenance request process is simple and quick and most of request has been done same day noon.
Great Home My family and I moved here from California amd we couldn't be happier with our apartment, it's clean, quiet and updated: being able to control our fixtures, thermostat and lighting via Alexa is a huge plus. The staff is welcoming, thoughtful, and professional. I signed my lease and moved in, in less than 24 hours.

I love Oak Creek Oak Creek is definitely a great place to live, the staff is friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. Whenever i have a maintenance issue, i can call and have someone there the next day with no issue. The staff is very easy to talk to whenever i have a problem, i know i can call or just walk in and not feel any type way because there are very helpful and want to help you. Great location and the apartment staff are really amazing!!! The apartment staff are amazing. There have been some changes with staff; however that has not affected their customer service. If you call the apartment complex and they miss your call, they will always call you back even if you dont leave a voicemesage. They text you if you're too busy to talk via phone. They are very helpful and always open to feedback. I've been living here since August 2017 and my experince thus far has been amazing.
