Love the smart home technology The new upgrades at Oak Creek are awesome! I was really impressed by the changes made and the addition of smart technology to the units really takes them over the top!

I love Oak Creek Oak Creek is definitely a great place to live, the staff is friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. Whenever i have a maintenance issue, i can call and have someone there the next day with no issue. The staff is very easy to talk to whenever i have a problem, i know i can call or just walk in and not feel any type way because there are very helpful and want to help you. Great location and the apartment staff are really amazing!!! The apartment staff are amazing. There have been some changes with staff; however that has not affected their customer service. If you call the apartment complex and they miss your call, they will always call you back even if you dont leave a voicemesage. They text you if you're too busy to talk via phone. They are very helpful and always open to feedback. I've been living here since August 2017 and my experince thus far has been amazing.

Great Experience I'm not one who usually writes reviews, but in this case I felt I really should. I have lived in many apartment communities, but I don't ever remember having such an amazing move-in experience. I was looking for a place for me, my daughter and granddaughter. I worked with Sierra, and she went out of her way to help us complete the application and credit check. Plus the maintenance staff did a quick and thorough job fixing the few issues I had. All in all a great experience!

Awesome Place Safe, grounds are well maintained, reasonable rent for Olentangy School District. Staff are easy to work with.

Affordable on Polaris! Was searching for a new place and stopped in to check out an apartment. The staff was great and very helpful. Great location, close to everything on Polaris and affordable which is hard to find in this area!
