Affordable on Polaris! Was searching for a new place and stopped in to check out an apartment. The staff was great and very helpful. Great location, close to everything on Polaris and affordable which is hard to find in this area!
Oak Creek at Polaris Wonderful staff very nice and helpful always! The one bedrooms are very nice and spacious and the community and area are awesome as well. Great place to live!

Oak Creek The staff at Oak Creek has been outstanding. If I have any issues, they are immediately addressed.
Under new Management now Seems that Oak Creek management all left or they were bought out some time this year. Our friendly folks in the office are more worried about their selves than the community. I'll give you a few examples below. First and foremost, the trains! They have about 3 trains come by a day aboit 50 feet from the back of the complex. These trains vibrate the apartments in the back and wake some of the community up. Get an apartment in the front area or ask about the train AT THE LEAST! They stated at our walk ... read more
Nice place. They submeter the water It is a nice place. For the most part the maintenance is handled quickly. For things that are broken, it is next day. For other less pressing things like painting... don't hold your breath. The place is clean and I have not noted any crime. They do have a fee for the garbage. $15 They have a fee for the "common areas". (on the water bill but it is $8.50/mo They submeter the water (they make a profit on it. OH is trying to make that illegal but as it stands, it is legal... just not ethical)... read more
