Verified Renter Maintenance crew is really good and on top of requests. The front office is very slow in responding and office phone just rings and rings. If you send them an email they won’t respond until 2 business days after. The additional fees are wack.

Verified Renter I have now lived at Oak Forest for 3 1/2 years. The selling features for me were the covered parking, in-unit washer/dryer and location of the complex. I appreciate the fact that my third floor apartment is quiet. Oak Forest is constantly upgrading and maintaining the property. The Maintenance Team is always prompt and thorough when repairing items. I am glad to be living at Oak Forest!
