Very nice place I think oak forest it’s beautiful, love the architecture, and the trees I got an awesome view. Also all the stuff is very nice at administration and maintenance, they always show me that they care, even they work with me on setting a day to do maintenance because I have two cats and I need to be home when they do something. Also after this bad storm that we had my unit got damage so the move me to a different unit, it was an easy process. They had been always supporting me on what ever thing shows up. Good Experience Living here for almost 2 years has been a good experience! The complex overall is quiet, staff is nice and helpful. The maintenance people do a good job overall with repairs and responding to emergency situations. Haven’t necessarily agreed with rent increases but it’s been pretty moderate. I don’t see how the increases can be justified.
Oak Forest Oak Forest has been a great experience for my family and me. We have had some problems with our washer, but the maintenance was out here quick to fix it. Any time I call the office someone answers the phone and is eager to help me. Every apartment complex is going to have its drawbacks, but that is part of living in an apartment complex. It has a wonderful family feel. I feel safe having my two kids here. By far the best apartment complex we have ever lived in.
Wonderful apartments to live in. I have lived here for three years, just signed my lease for the Fourth. The apartment complex has done nothing but improve over the past 3 years. Addressing some of the other comments from google: Rent has been raised by absurd amounts if you live in an older apartment, they are remodeling the old apartments and making them...beautiful. They raise your rent to what a new apartment would cost (which seems/is incredibly unfair for an older apartment) in order to get you to move, they also offer... read more
Decent Apartment I want to start off by saying oak forest is not that bad. The apartment is well kept and modern looking, and for the original price I paid for my two bedroom, everything was worth it. You even get a free covered parking space(though mines is quite far from my apartment). Then things started changing. My rent increased dramatically, half of the apartment complex was painted a new color, roaches appeared, maintenance became slow to respond. But the worst came a few weeks ago. Oak forest apartment The apartments look amazing. The staff are great. The only thing is the gates are open for long periods of time. Everyone also leaves their trash on the curb for pick up. Other than that it's a amazing place to live. Pretty quite.
