Anon I have quite enjoyed these apartments over the past year. The office staff is always kind and knowledgeable, and is very good about giving regular emails when issues need to be addressed. The apartment is clean and has been well kept from previous owners, and it is a suitable price for the amenities. I would recommend it to anyone!
Great location for families with you kids nice, quiet community with lots of young families. Situated with easy freeway access to the 35, bus routes, and close to lots of amenities including restutaunts, shopping, and movie theaters. The complex sits right next to the elementary school so if you have school aged children that's a plus. Some of the community amenities include multiple pools, playground, dog park, workout area, reserved covered parking, fitness center, and 6-day curbside trash pickup.
