So far so good I moved in May 12th, and so far every time I put in a request for maintenance they respond very quickly. Neighbors are friendly as well. They occasionally hold events for the apartment complex which I think is a good way of getting to know the tenants. I have not attended any yet but I do plan on going one of these days. I barely moved in and I am already reconsidering renewing my lease next year. 10/10 would recommend you to lease here!
Good I been here for almost a year, I just wanna say that the people in the office are nice and friendly, Everyone stays to themselves, and the complex is nice. It will be very hard for me to find a better place!
Better than I expected!!! I reserved an apartment about 2 months ago but just moved in a couple weeks ago. AFTER reserving the apartment , I came across all sorts of negative reviews that I discussed with my coworkers; one of which referred me to Oak Park. We all work in the Hotel industry and really started to think about when we get bad reviews and customer complaint to our corporate office, it's usually someone who just didn't like our policies and doesn't like to follow the rules. Good apartment Nice big apartment area, with pools gym tennis plus basketball and cover parking! I can't complain
Oak Park I recently moved into a one bedroom and I love it. It's completely upgraded and the perfect fit for what I need. The front office is staffed with leasing agents who are friendly and personable. They know what they are doing and are prompt in getting work orders done.
Nice, if you can suffer the children Oak Park is a very reasonably priced complex within walking distance of not one, but two grocery stores (Kroger & Albertsons). The grounds could use some landscaping in places, but overall they're decent. The buildings are older, but inside they're like new. Other than the 22 year old neighbors across the way the neighborhood is quiet as long as your unit isn't right next to the playground, basketball court or pool where the neighborhood kids hangout.
BUGS (overall 7.5/10) Ok upon moving in , presentation was very decent , but I can really say the bugs are bad , they’ll say they’ll send somebody to come do pest treatment but never see anyone , but the bugs , like every other day I’m killing a bug “literally” and I’m very clean , I can’t get comfortable as I want too because you never know when or where you’ll see one and some are small , some are decent but the units could be debugged or something .

Verified Renter The flooding by my building is terrible cannot get in and out of apartment area. Also bathroom repairs have been terrible and it is still not right
