Verified Renter The maintenance needs an improvement and experienced skills. The landscaping service is nice. Bug spray service is needed. The water issue in the home need some fixing.

Verified Renter Just waiting on maintenance as we have leaking AC and broken bathroom. The apartment was not reviewed or inspected before we received keys and are moving in.

Verified Renter Office is great. Bug infestations are a real problem and everything wood needs to be replaced in the entire complex. Pricing is too much but with inflation it's unfortunately normal.

Poor management Poor management team . I waited almost more than 5 days to fix my a/c.It was literally hot to live inside the apartment. I have to stay in my friends home until they fix the a/c. The rent price is too high with comparison to their services and facilities.
Terrible Place to Live Roaches, roaches and more roaches. You’ll never get rid of them. Office staff are unhelpful, rude, and ignorant. Maintenance staff are incompetent, lazy, and crazy. Nothing ever gets fixed, nothing is ever clean, and the gates don’t work, so anyone can come in and rob you. Good luck if you choose to go here.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Currently live here & would give this place a 0/5 stars if I could. Maintenance/contractors are resurfacing a bath tub in an apartment we share a wall with and without any notice of what’s happening in our building, are currently being fumigated out of our apartment from the toxins flowing through the connecting air vents. Maintenance The maintenance here has a hard time getting anything done, we been living there for four months now and we’ve had a living room ceiling has water damage to it and we called The day we noticed it and now my bathroom ceiling is constantly leaking water and there is no way to get in contact with a 24 hour emergency maintenance service so now I have a wet floor and I’m not happy about it maintenance can’t get anything done and there’s no way to getting in reach with them
Management Cares Nothing About Their Tenants I have lived in this complex for 4 years mainly because I'm literally 10 minutes away from my job and I am suppose to have covered parking without paying extra. We pay for pest control every month but they only way they come is if you call the offic and tell them to spray by your apartment the next time they come (once every blue moon). Aprtment Resident The apartments are old and the walls are very thin. The front is very nice with green grass and flowers. If you go into the complex, grass does not grow in certain areas and it is very dirty. Tree limbs are on the walkways and pipes are not covered with dirt on the ground. Be careful when you are driving in the parking lot because small children are running out in front of you.
