Verified Renter Rough, the apartments were infested prior to our moving in. There is noticeable water damage that was never fixed prior to moving in, during the make-ready, they did not replace the counters that have burn holes all the way through the laminate and there is no caulking in the kitchen or bathrooms. The low income housing discount aspect is the main reason we are still here.

Verified Renter Friendly neighbors, quiet, clean and has great amenities. The water in my unit smells like sewer. A ticket was made immediately to have the city look into it.

Worst Complex Ever From my first day moving in I had issues. First there were no numbers on my apt to tell which apt mine was. I asked for this to be fixed multiple times. I have mobility issues so I have most of my groceries and shopping delivered. Numbers on my apt are important. I explained this to the office after requesting this be resolved for the 5th time and I was told to stand outside and wait for my deliveries. Verified Renter Complex did not have my apartment ready for my move in date, therefore I had to switch all of my accounts another time for a new unit. Wasn’t told my unit would be ready at 5pm the day before move in. I have filed maintenance requests that were never taken care of however I received an email saying they were.

Verified Renter My apartment is nice but it took 2 months to get ac and bathroom fixed which is not good. Also have to watch statements like a hawk to be sure and to get refunds is very hard

Verified Renter Absolutely awful, they push everyone to this residence portal and there are zero replies. 3 mgmt companies in 3 years....do the math. These buildings are sliding off the hill and the water tastes terrible, just down the street it tastes great,

Verified Renter Great staff, but the apartment was dirty, hardwood floors needed a scrubbing because they were so dark and dirty, dead bugs everywhere, baseboards not sealed, missing grease trap in microwave, extremely dirty refrigerator, damaged blinds, lazily painted with smears of paint here and there, rust in dishwasher, rust in sink, laundry washer unplugged, we plugged it up and they didn’t even connect the drain hook so our apartment flooded, etc. Keep in mind all this happened in a day.
