very nice and explains service to you even though they are extremely busy. Nissan never did find the reason of noise in dashboard or in motor. (This concerns me that they didn't want to do anything) (that scares me to even drive it at a distance).

JP and team at Oak Ridge Nissan did a great job completing all recall work while my son and I went to movies locally. They finished before the movie ended and left me a message that work was complete. Based on my bring up an issue with the drivers side front fender they went out and attempted to correct it immediately ( Ill need to get another fender because of damage done but I certainly appreciate their efforts to try and fix it)
