Staff, other than Tracy who was away when I picked up my vehicle, was rude and not helpful. I would encourage oak ridge Nissan to visit rusty wallace Nissan service department and see how a first class department operates.

Didn't like it they didn't balance my tires and didn't bother to tell me
Like the straight talk no run around conversations. Dislike. Sales person comes to you with small talk while you're waiting for your vehicle to be done in service.
terrible service, nobody listens. Greg tried to help, sales manager, but all others could not care less. I did not get what I paid for.
Called ahead of time the day before to check availability of a particular vehicle. They told me it was available and had me sign ALL the sales and warranty forms on a Saturday. This took 8 hours of total from my day. Got a call on Monday morning that the car wasn't available and they offered no response explanation or proposed a new plan. They continue to send me emails about the vehicle they never sold me and thanking me for my business. This place is a joke and I wouldn't recommend to my enemy

I will not be back ever!! The service department is terrible. I will not even be doing my oil changes there anymore.
