The sales and service departments do not communicate with the customer. Was told by sales my motor is done... while service said it was fine.
My battery failed after just 22 months on a 24 month COMPLETE replacement battery. My son jumped by car off and we drove the 25+ miles to Oak Ridge Nissan. When they tested the battery, it tested "okay". We got the oil changed and tires rotated then the service rep told us that we needed several other maintenance items performed. According to the Nissan service manual, these items are not necessary at this time. We went home and later that night my battery failed to start the car again. My new car had 312 miles on it before going into the shop. Oak Ridge Nissan kept my vehicle nearly a week and only time I had updates was when I called. Many managers involved but they all were pointing the finger as to whose fault it was when the ball was dropped. They were very pleasant and eagerly available when getting the sale of the vehicle then a completely different relationship once they sold me a vehicle. I love my car but absolutely horrible customer experience!!
Fast and courteous service. But I would not recommend this Dealership to anyone, and they will not receive anymore of my business once contract has expired on automobile.
