They continually lost her belongings and blamed it on being a memory care facility. The staff was not easy to be found. The residents were often by themselves. The supervision definitely needs to be improved. The medications were always given without explanation.

The experience was horrible. They were not equipped to handle my mother in law. They assure us that all their staff was trained to handle dementia and Alzheimer's patients and they were not. They did not know how to redirect her when she would get upset/sundowning. One of their med tech was given personal information about my mother in law to other people in the family without our consent. She had an incident where she was arguing back and forth with an aid.

They always had activities planned for them to do. They could improve on communication and staffing. It was hard to find staff at times when you had a concern. There's been times where there wasn't any staff present on the pods which raised safety concerns. They need to do better keeping up with the residents belongings. Things were always missing even she talks to with staff. They didn't do a good job quarantining when there was a Covid outbreak and only took extra measures once a mass of residents caught COVID. Family was ... read more

That is a terrible place! My mom was not taken care of, they ordered meds she did not need and I now have to battle with them because insurance refused since she had them on hand, and she had hand mark bruises on her arms. We paid an extra $[removed]/month for them to "assist" her with every 2 hour bathroom/depends checks which rarely happened and she was frequently in dirty depends that led to irritation, understandably. They are in the news for abuse, wish I had known that prior to our move. I would NEVER recommend this si... read more

My loved one was here for a very short period of time. They were extremely understaffed. It was not a good experience, and was a really horrible experience. What we were promised, as far as care services, was not delivered. We found my loved one wandering in the facility looking for the restroom, and no one was around to assist her. We also had issues with my loved ones medication, in which it was not received in a timely manner because they were short staffed.

They don't treat the residents well for the money they have to pay. They can treat their residents better and fix food that is good to eat. The communication was ok but they lied a lot by saying they changed my loved one's mattress because it was too high and the meat they served one meal was burnt an not cut up after saying they had a chef when I confronted the community about them saying they had a chef she said they just had quit.

They need to improve on, the way they charge residents for things. I would advice other families to, verify and understand what they will be billed for.

Placed our last surviving parent in this facility and what a big mistake! If you do not come everyday to check up on their care and make sure they get the appropriate nutrition, your family member is on their own. Witnessed one aid for every 8 patients and if they soiled on their self and needed to be changed, they would have to wait. Many of these patients can not communicate so they suffer in silence. There are also no safety rails on their twin beds. So if they fall, which they will, they will be hurt. So wish we had made... read more

My mom was there for little over a month. Lots of issues with staff. Cleanliness was not good in her room and bathroom most days. Came in one day and "poop" was ALL over the toilet seat. After dinner each night, the staff either put some to bed or placed in front of TV. Pretty sad when an Alzheimer's resident complains about how bad they are treating another resident. These things were mainly with the second shift staff. Constantly yelling at some to sit or not to do something. Staff sat around and talked on their breaks and... read more
