I like that it is fairly clean and the nursing staff is super kind. The administration needs help on compassion and the food that they sell Heap a lot of help. It used to have a reputation of having good fresh food and now everything is canned and terrible. Also, the activities are lackluster. My dad has been at The Oaks for 9 months. The staff members are very kind. The environment is clean and peaceful. I am thankful that my dad is part of this community. It’s been a very positive experience. Amy has been a huge help! She made this process easy. She is very knowledgeable with senior care and resources.

I visited to possibly secure a place for my mother one day. The staff was outstanding and as if they were all old friends. Amy showed ke around and introduced me to many of the residents. They all had rave reviews on the facility as well. It was so neat and clean. The design is very well done.

Wonderful facility. provided lots of information and resources to help find a good solution. Would recommend visiting to anyone considering elder IL, AL or MC placement. Residents seem to have a great sense of community.

In an effort to look at the Oaks for my mom, I have visited a couple of times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One evening (after 8:00) when I was dropping things off at our future room, some staff was in the hall working. they were smiling and curious. Everyone has welcomed mom, and after one week, mom has tried to meet as many as she can get to. Staff has also been very patient with mom while learning how she does things. The food is good, activities are plentiful, things are going well!
