Some of the staff are wonderful and very kind. Some of the staff are brought in as outside contractors and they can tend to be cold, rough, and not caring. The facility director was great upon move in and then could not be bothered after that point when presented with issues or feedback. We documented problems with cleanliness. In one case, we noticed some food that fell on the floor in the common area sat there for 2 weeks and no one cleaned it up. Finally, my father cleaned it himself.
