Don't waste your money here. Not nearly nice enough to be charging $650 a month. It's poorly kept, dirty, The manager on site is rude. It's Very cramped, hardly any parking. The trash is always over flowing the dumpster. Managers wife drives the wrong way through the one way and doesn't even stop to let you by. She almost side swiped me, going well over the speed limit. Tenants beware the prices with current owners just keep rising!! Nearly doubled in the past year! Intentions of buying many local parks increasing cost of living and the homeless problems. Verbal contracts ignored. Luckily attorney general finally taking notice. Do you and all a favor by finding someone else to rent from!!!
It took forever for someone to call me back and still waiting to see if they will rent me a space for over a week.
Very clean and it's a lot of fun to get out on the Lake
It reminds of being in a sardine can so I guess its cozy
