Touring Pacifica was an outstanding experience. The building is beautiful, the staff is kind to the residents, the rooms are amazing, and the food couldn't be any better.

When we got here they were having a Cinco De Mayo Party. The residents seemed to enjoy themselves and having fun. We tour this place 3 times because it was under construction and it was difficult to see the community. I did not like the strict time for meal time. Dinner was from 7:30 to 9, and if you missed it there are no accommodations and they won't bring it to your room.

While I am appreciative of the prompt acceptance of my Aunt for respite- the past year we have battled with incorrect billing, I have been sent demand letters, advised she would be evicted only to find out I was right the whole time. Stay on top of the billing.

The financial dept. I have has some issues with the billing. I was warned ahead of time to watch your bill. I feel the food needs to be geared more for elderly. So many have trouble with being able to chew do to dentures. I know one meal the chef burned the turkey so my mother in law only had mashed potatoes and a vegetable.

We were not impressed. Cleanliness was ok. Care was suspect. [name removed] ended up breaking his hip at the facility about 2 weeks in and had to go to hospice care where he passed away. There was no assessment done prior to the father going in. So the day we moved him in they did an stand wanted to charge extra money. We had to get corporate involved. So the experience was poor. Do not recommend.

Our family had an in person tour and right away we were not impressed with the community or the tour experience. We felt the community was really dirty and the young lady giving the tour was not dressed professionally at all. We saw a resident struggling in a wheelchair trying to get up to the dining hall and she did not even offer to assist that residents as we passed by.

Quality of the care services would be a five out of five, but the confidence within the care services would be a one out of five. We were told our loved one was a good candidate for the community, but once we arrived they said he was not a good candidate.

It was dirty and nasty I walked in my dad's room just to find the bathroom covered in urine and feces the living room had crunched up chips all over the floor I highly recommend you do not move your loved one into this facility
