Heard of O'Conner through a neighbor. When I contacted O'Conner time for appeal was running out, glad they took me on. The process was easier then I expected. Every person I spoke to was so helpful in getting me to collect my house info and forwarding it. Even though O'Conner could not get the tax office appraisal of my home down., they did get the valuation lowered . Which may or may not be helpful in the future. There was no charge for their services as promised if they could not lower the appraisal. Perhaps next year... read more
