I signed up with O’Connor associates last year. Never got any follow up and I did not get any information from cookcounty either. Contacted the company again but didn’t get any follow up from them

What a terrible, useless, unprofessional company. Reached out for property tax appeal because they were one of the top results for "property tax appeal" on Google. Received a call and everything sounded good so I agreed to go with them. They had me fill out forms and send a bunch of pictures. 2 months go by and I don't hear anything. I reach out 3 times over the course of 3 months for an update with zero response. Provided all the information. Contacted my rep a month before taxes were due. Never heard back and no changes to tax rate.

I have disputed my taxes myself for the last four years, and had always got them lowered, I used you for the first time in trying to lower my taxs ,now that I retired, it was a waste of time. Nothing was done or deducted.
