Great savings once again on my property taxes.
Process was very good, however after you met with assessment committee my taxes were not lowered.

I wanted my property tax reviewed for a possible tax deduction. I didn’t know that since I was exempt from paying property due to being over 65 and my home being exempted, I don’t pay this tax. So 6 months after I submitted the forms, I get a call O’Conner rep saying we can’t help you, you don’t pay property tax. Then I get a bill for $50.85. So you want me to pay and did no work. Earn my money.
Didn’t make even one meeting on our behalf, after inquiring SO MANY TIMES. Nothing was done on our behalf. Our portal stated that. When talking on the phone “no comps found”. After I sent three on our street alone.
