It's nice to promote something for a good cause... so I don't like being a Debbie Downer, but it is incredibly frustrating to have to sit for an hour or more to do it. The people are always courteous and seem to be hard working but they also seem incredibly short staffed. I'm currently sitting with 10 people waiting and have heard many complaints about how long each have waited. I also can appreciate the "new donor" policy - they go first, but when you don't have enough staff and alot of new donors I think that should be... read more

The people are all very nice and courteous BUT there never seems to be enough of them and no back up when a rush hits. This particular day I've been waiting for over an hour and half and there are still 12 people besides me waiting to donate. Not sure if it's a scheduling issue but might need to address back log issues. It's frustrating to wait for such an inordinately long time...

Staff is always friendly but it often seems as if there's not enough of them... the line to get screened is often very long and takes forever to get to the screening.
