I went in 2 days ago, & it was so fast and easy. I was in and out. All the staff members were very friendly. 10/10 experience ☺️

Was a first time donor and was pretty nervous and don't like needles much but they all made it a calming experience. All the staff members I have dealt with are professional, friendly and do a great job helping you feel comfortable and get you in and out in a timely fashion. Definitely made my first time donor experience better then I thought it would be. Thanks everyone.

You really need to get more people for the mornings this is absolutely ridiculous to wait to get a bed is more than an hour and half
I am writing this review as I sit waiting for a chair and to be stuck. I finished my screening 25 minutes ago, and only one person has been stuck in that time. There are 13 people waiting at the moment. The floor staff is in absolutely no hurry to attend to the donors. I have been donating here for 13 years and this is the slowest the staff has ever been. Only one staff person is sticking and she is spending more time talking and laughing than doing her job. I normally do not give bad reviews, but this is ridiculous in my op... read more
