I am writing this review as I sit waiting for a chair and to be stuck. I finished my screening 25 minutes ago, and only one person has been stuck in that time. There are 13 people waiting at the moment. The floor staff is in absolutely no hurry to attend to the donors. I have been donating here for 13 years and this is the slowest the staff has ever been. Very efficient
Very friendly was in and out in a timely manner
I feel like it's just getting worse. Not enough people scheduled and not only do multiple people get put infront of you in the lines every time you donate they get put infront of you where you donate in the back. I see no urgency. I have been here for 2 hours already and haven't even got stuck yet.
