I went there as a new donor. I have been athletic all my life and have bigger than average veins. The first visit left a big bruise on my left arm. The second visit I was told that the bruise was too big and that my right arm had to be used. I waited a week and went back. On my third visit I was told that the bruises on both arms prevented me from making a donation. I believe that if the job was done correctly I wouldn't have bruised so badly. Since coming here I have had extremely positive interactions with the staff. One person who has stood out to me on the donation floor is Andrew! He has gone out of his way to answer questions for me, check on my status during donation and has a overall upbeat and positive attitude. All the staff are great but for the purpose of this review Andrew is a stand out!

I was in one day and Kelly was fabulous. She was able to help somebody and make me wait, but was so very gracious asking me to wait. And then thanked me for waiting so patiently I was impressed. Then when I went in for my blood draw, Rachel helped me several times because I was having issues and was so quick to help and jump in both those people have always impressed me with their work ethic.

Staff is great management is horrible they like to make up stories to defer you. They lie on there notes, and accuse you of things and like to make fun of your disabilities very wrong and unprofessional the worst experience I've ever had

I wouldn't go anywhere else the staff are always friendly and take care of any concerns quickly. They are good at there job.
