Overall, I love this place and it's the best part time job EVER. Drink lots of water before and the day of, and your donation will go faster. This last visit was horrible. I was not allowed to donate after letting it slip I didn't have a residential address, even though I have donated for years. So, because of federal law, they had to cut me off, September 30th. Well I just got a residence and returned. I didn't know the timing requirement details and the nurse at the desk said I had to start as a new donor. Like ... read more
I had a great experience for my first time. They were very informative and the staff was very friendly.
The professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the center is what stood out to me.
Great staff and makes me feel comfortable
I just had to come in and leave a sample because my protein has been too low, I walked in and Dominique was at the front desk, she was efficient and friendly as always, told me she printed my forms, and to go wait in the waiting area. I went and sat down, Cesar called me in just a few minutes, and very quickly took my sample, I didn't even feel the stick! thank you Dominique and Cesar!! Everyone at this location is outstanding! Hope to get my results fast, and get back to donating often..see you soon!

Plan for a wait the first time. They said 3 -4 hour but it was more like 5 hours. other than that it was what I expected. One worker was rude and I can understand he may have had a rough day. Luckily, Magli made up for it with her patient, professionalism, and kind smile.
