Although I do recommend the center, I will say, be prepared to spend a lot of time here despite what the website says. When I first started coming here, I would be in and out in about an hour. Now it takes about an hour just to check-in. The donation process lately is taking between 2.5-3 hours. I think hiring more staff is what the center needs. if staff turnover is high, that means you aren't paying enough, or the work climate is hostile. Both are able to be fixed if the management acknowledges the issue.

Friendly staff, not a long wait. Staff helps you if you ever feel dizzy, lightheaded or hot. Good place to donate and help save people’s lives. Not to mention a little cash in your pocket for your time. Idk if the center see it but I go to the one in Garden Grove CA, I did wonder why during the promotion was I being paid $50 when the first 2 times I donated it was $100. Don’t know if they can get back to me
Such an amazing experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They make sure you are comfortable and they really care about us the donors. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
