I waited 3 1/2 hours to be told no went through every step up until the physical when they told me no because I have a tissue build up on my neck. they checked my veins before I read and watched the videos . but you guys couldn't see a huge lump on my neck the size of a quarter. before all that one of employees recommended me to a different spot so I drove there and they were close so I drove all the way back wasted alot of gas . did a couple steps then got told no. this place needs to observe their patients . sad part is th... read more
I don't think they care about there donors and they don't care about really helping people I have been donating for two years without any issues with griflos but when. I transfer here they won't allow me to donate because they asked if I had heart condition which I said I had a murmur when I was 10 I am now 31 and have been donating twice a week with griflos and never been denied for heart trouble but I told then about murmur and all of sudden I need clearance to donate when I was not required before they don't care about sa... read more
I started coming here 02/2019. Last week my arm was hurting during the process so they switched arms. I will not be letting this guy near me again. My arm still hurts. This is the biggest and most painful bruise I've ever had. The nurse wrote a report. When I showed my bruise to the employee who did this, he had no care or concern.
