Sometimes the staff can be annoying. They go overboard doing there job. They assume you are sleeping if you happen to blink while they are looking at you. Most of the staff that I have dealt with were very professional and nice but some seem to go out of there way to harass show off their power. They are also not quick to take care of disconnecting people when they are done. Overall not a bad place to donate but some staff member could work on their people skills.
