I haven’t been to the center yet, but soon! The staff working in this facility are stand up guys. I am a special education teacher for NISD. Part of my job is to help my students volunteer & work in the community independently. This morning my crew volunteered at the San Antonio Food Bank Distribution at NISD. The best staff! I've been to other places, and Octapharma has never let me down in quality and service! If you need to donate plasma, don't go anywhere else! Come here, and they will treat you well.

It’s a fun and friendly family atmosphere and look for Lisa she’s one of my favorites and they are very professional.
We had a very good first experience and returned for a second donation. Staff explained procedure and after care instructions very well.
Just the best fast friendly Junior is so nice just love him
The staff is amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They take time to let u know exactly what's happening. Keep up the good work.
