I really hate this place the one in orange park you have to stand in line 3 hours just to get screened then when you do get screened you have to redue your questions cause it expired. The staff there are really slow they don't care one lady screens one person then goes and walks around for 20 to 30 minutes then finally decides to screen another person. I'm calling Corporate on them first thing Monday morning it is Ridiculous should not be like that should be a In and out thing. I feel they should have all 6 booths open to s... read more

My second donation, I had a pretty terrible and scary experience at Octopharama Plasma in Orange Park, FL. The first donation went fine despite the long wait time. I got paid for my donation and was not injured. Yesterday, I went for my second donation. When I was seated, the first uncomfortable thing was how loud this woman was calling peoples names to donate. Managers dont seem.to be medically trained and give phony business influenced , answers to technical. questions by donors. Long lines . Intermittent air condition coverage in lobby where you wait, (1 to.2 hours to donate whie standing. ) End of donation lights on, and nobody found to take donors off machine. They must take breaks at same time. There should be staff in each aisle, at all times, im case of emergency.. Typical visit time for return donor is three hours. Today me and I miss Shakira had a misunderstanding and I did leave to emails saying she was rude and disrespected. What after having a grown up conversation with her realize we were both misunderstood. So even though I know I can't but I would more than love to retract my negative emails saying she was being a little unprofessional. And after having a don't sit-down conversation I realize that we both were misunderstood. So please please avoid those last emails sincerely Mr White

Today I encountered a Miss Shakira at the front counter and I must say she's very unprofessional she's real act real ghetto today real rude real disrespectful kept trying to antagonize me into a disagreement of some short. All because I tried using my Express points once before and my Express Pass they only acknowledged it halfway through they didn't stick me or put me on the bed in front of everybody so I was told that I would still have my Express Pass. Unfortunately I had to give one star I wish I could have gave a negative star Shakira ... July 30th 2024 s I didn't turn it her at your front counter and she's very unprofessional rude disrespectful. Unprofessional. If you need to watch her mouth very unprofessional rude with disrespectful in front of the guests. And yes I will be calling corporate
