Over 15 beds empty and there are over 10 of us waiting for a bed at 6:42pm. The center closes at 7pm, and people are still walking in through the door. There are 4 female employees just standing around talking. Beds have set ups on them, but not set. Employee's don't care and just stand there looking at us in frustration as they continue to talk.
