Over 15 beds empty and there are over 10 of us waiting for a bed at 6:42pm. The center closes at 7pm, and people are still walking in through the door. There are 4 female employees just standing around talking. Beds have set ups on them, but not set. Employee's don't care and just stand there looking at us in frustration as they continue to talk. I have been donating for a couple years at CSL and Continental. But I never had any issues like I do at octapharmaplasma. Today I was doing my donation but something was not right and my arm bubbled up and they had to take the needle out and rap it in ice. That is the second time this happened there. It never happened any of the other plasma donation center. Then they tried the other arm andI don't usually use that arm they had trouble finding the vain.
